About Fred
Raised on a four-generation family farm near Russell, Arkansas, Fred knows firsthand the significance of electing a senator who will truly listen. A former rice and soybean farmer, he knows the value of hard work and managing a small business. Currently in his sixteenth year with FedEx, he has earned membership in the President’s Safety Team.
Fred is co-owner of Ramey & Co. Investments, a small real estate investment company. He and his wife Gina (Shands), a teacher at Liberty Christian School, reside in Searcy with their four daughters, ages eleven, nine, six, and two. The Rameys are active members of Trinity Baptist Church.
In the thirty-plus years that I have known Fred, one of his most outstanding qualities is integrity. This quote sums it up: "If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity, nothing else matters."
